Holding a Postgraduate degree (Master of Arts) in International Communication from the University of Westminster (London) and an Undergradutate degree as a certified translator and interpreter for Italian from the Sprachen & Dolmetscher Institut (Munich), I bring a refined understanding of cross-cultural negotiation and elite clientele expectations.

Everyone talks about summer in Forte dei Marmi… but can we talk about October? 🤍🍂

And there’s something special about seeing this part of Tuscany when the summer crowds have gone.

Not every beautiful villa that’s available for sale is advertised online.
Here in Forte dei Marmi, privacy matters. Some homeowners simply don’t want photographs of their homes circulating on property portals or social media. They prefer to keep things discreet and consider potential buyers through trusted relationships.
And honestly, I understand that.

There’s a version of Versilia that most people never really see. 🤍
They come in July and August, spend their days at the beach, have long lunches, enjoy the aperitivo… and then leave.
But October?
That’s when I think you start to understand why people fall in love with this part of Tuscany.
The beaches are quiet again.
The evenings are cooler.
The hills are still beautiful.
And suddenly, there is time to experience everything around you.
A sunset walk along the coast.
An afternoon at Lake Massaciuccoli, surrounded by nature and birdlife.
A wine tasting somewhere in the hills above Versilia. For example @giardini_ripadiversilia
A hike through the Apuan Alps.
Or simply a long lunch and an afternoon wandering through Lucca.
This is the side of Tuscany I love.
And honestly, if you’re considering buying a home here, I think October is one of the best times to come and experience it.
Because the real question isn’t only:
“Do I love Versilia in August?”
It’s:
“Could I imagine my life here when summer is over?”
That’s when a holiday destination starts to become something else.
